Lisa provides comprehensive administrative support, coordinates daily office operations, and serves as Laura's primary backup, ensuring members continue to receive prompt, knowledgeable, and uninterrupted service. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional customer service help ensure that member inquiries, enrollments, and administrative requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
